1104 FlushTop is our innovative interchange for both Rexnord 1000 Series and
System Plast® 2250 FlatTop and FlushGrid. The new design allows you to run dry
with the flatness benefits of our FlatTop surface combined with the cleanability of
our FlushGrid. This brings consistency across your line, leading to cost savings by
simplifying maintenance and inventory management.

IMPROVED CONTAINER HANDLING

The Rexnord 1104 FlushTop is designed with the same superior flatness of FlatTop
surfaces that help customers increase product stability of even the most critical
beverage container shapes and materials on their line — like PET bottles. The
FlushTop surface design prevents broken glass bottles from impacting the flat
surface, improving container handling.
